To Our Discerning Clientèle,
In the interest of the safety, health and well-being of our customers, our associates and our employees, foot traffic inside the store here remains suspended. But, as has been the case for the last while during this pandemic and social distancing effort, we are here and will continue to work to satisfy your wine and spirits needs.
We have modified our hours of operation and our procedures to help us better deal with the situation. We will, for now, be open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. We would be happy to fulfill your order either curbside or to make delivery to you within the Austin area where and when possible. If you can, please send us your order by e‑Mail early in the day and we'll be back in contact, first by e‑Mail and then, to finalize, taking payment information over the telephone (please do include your telephone number in your message). If you need consultation over the telephone, you can of course reach us at (512) 499‑0512 (please know that the telephone lines can be quite busy at times; it may take a try or few to get through).
With curbside service, we will fill/bring your order to a designated place in the parking lot and allow you to load it into your car as you see fit or, if you prefer, we will load your order into the passenger‑side back seat, hatch or trunk of your automobile. With delivery, we will deliver your order to your door, take acknowledgment of receipt of delivery and allow you to take it from there.
We will be pleased to deliver orders of $100.00 or more at no charge to addresses within zip codes 78701, 78702, 78703, 78704 and 78705. Delivery to addresses in all other zip codes in Austin would be made as expediently as may be possible and would incur a charge of $10.00 flat. Because we expect a number of our clients to take advantage of delivery during this time, we would work with you as best we can to determine a time that you can receive and we can physically make delivery. Delivery to the fringes of the Austin area may or may not be possible during this time. Please do bear with us.
For your information, The New York Times is providing free access to their coverage of The Coronavirus Outbreak. And, closer to home, here is the link to the Travis County COVID-19 Surveillance dashboard. We are paying close attention to this information as we make our way through this pandemic.
Lastly, we extend our best wishes to you and yours for your continued safety, security, health and well‑being during this difficult period.
